EVP Zagreb

European Visiting Program is a project founded by European Dental Students’ Association (EDSA) that has been happening in a few European cities, as well as in Zagreb, for over 6 years.

Projects are usually held in the early spring period but the whole process of organizing this amazing week starts with the beginning of the academic year. Week is full of lectures and most interesting workshops that are given by our professors and assistants. Academic activities are mostly focused  on modern dentistry and the main goal is to teach students new skills in an interesting and fun way.

Besides the academic programme there are various social activities which are especially chosen to make the most fun out of Zagreb. On the first evening there is an event called Exchange fair where every participant brings food, drinks, plays music or does something specific which represents his country. There is also a visit to a museum, a walk around the city, bowling, karaoke night, dinner in different restaurants where participants have a chance to try different local food and a one day trip to Plitvice lakes. The highlight of the week is the Gala dinner when we all dress-up, eat, dance, have fun and say goodbye until the next EVP!
